How music supports parents and babies
Research (https://breatheahr.org/research/melodies-for-mums/) shows that group music-making and singing can boost maternal mental health. Our sessions provide an inclusive and social creative activity, that provides parents with an opportunity to be immersed in an enjoyable activity and bond with their baby. There is a wealth of research that music support babies and toddlers’ development, including communication and language skills, social development and fosters a life-long love of music.
