B Sharp Pastoral Support Worker/Learning and Support Assistant
B Sharp (www.bsharp.org.uk) is looking for a Pastoral Support Worker/Learning and Support Assistant to become part of the team in B Sharp’s young people’s music making sessions – Hub Jams (Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30, term times, The Hub, Lyme Regis, DT7 3BS) working with young people aged 11 – 19.
You would work as part of our team of Music Leaders, Assistant Music Leaders and Young Music Leaders to ensure the music sessions are safe, supportive, enjoyable and progressive. Your role within sessions is to support young participants to ensure they all aspire, contribute and progress personally and musically, as individuals and as members of a group, and have a sense of achievement and enjoyment
