At B Sharp we’re all about harnessing the power of music to give young people the best start in life. With big plans to extend our reach further across East Devon, West Dorset, and South Somerset, we’re on the lookout for a special individual to join our Board of Trustees.
As a dynamic charity, we’re lucky to have a dedicated team of employees, freelancers and part-timers, all working together to make a difference. If you’re that special someone with a background in HR we’d like you to join our voluntary Board of Trustees to help us develop our workforce and shape our future. So, whether you’re a seasoned ex-professional or looking to add to your existing portfolio we’d welcome your energy and ideas to drive our mission forward!
As a Trustee, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to quarterly Board meetings, with the flexibility for greater involvement based on your availability. If you’re the kind of person we think you are, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping our strategic roadmap and nurturing the next generation of musical talents.
