Little B’s Tiny Tunes!Â
A fun and supportive space for parents and babies under 12 months, every Thursday at 10am at Bridport Family Hub, starting February 27th.
Our newest group is designed especially for new parents with babies under one and offers a mix of gentle music, songs, and rhymes that are perfect for bonding with your little one.
It’s also a great opportunity to connect with other parents, share experiences, and get advice on feeding, self-care and well-being from a dedicated support worker. Because we know being a new parent can be challenging!
Free to attend, but spaces may be limited to ensure a calm and nurturing environment.
We look forward to welcoming you, please feel free to contact us with any questions, or just come along to the session.

How music supports parents and babiesÂ
Research (https://breatheahr.org/research/melodies-for-mums/) shows that group music-making and singing can boost maternal mental health. Our sessions provide an inclusive and social creative activity, that provides parents with an opportunity to be immersed in an enjoyable activity and bond with their baby. There is a wealth of research that music support babies and toddlers’ development, including communication and language skills, social development and fosters a life-long love of music. Â
