At B Sharp, we believe every child and young person should have the opportunity to explore their creativity through music.
We’re excited to offer a range of music packages designed to support primary and secondary schools in delivering engaging, inclusive, and impactful musical experiences.
Our experienced music leaders and trainees are DBS-checked and skilled in working with children and young people of all ages, including those with additional needs.
Whether you’re looking for a full-scale project, a one-day workshop, wellbeing support through music, or curriculum partnership, we can tailor a programme to suit your school’s needs.


School Offers
Half-Term Whole Year Group Project (KS1, KS2)
Perfect for primary classes looking for a big creative boost!
Bring your curriculum to life with a six-week music journey!
This project includes:
- 2 hours of in-school workshops each week, led by B Sharp music leaders
- Songwriting, basic music composition, singing, and performance skills
- Themes and content that link to your current curriculum topics
- A fun, confidence-building experience that culminates in a live performance for family and friends, accompanied by a B Sharp band!
Curriculum-linked examples:
- Writing songs about bird and eel migration (KS1/2 Science: seasonal changes, animal life cycles)
- Exploring rhythms from Africa, South America, and Asia (KS1/2 Music: pulse, rhythm, world music traditions)
- Creating music that mimics habitats and animal sounds (KS1 Science: living things and their habitats)
- Turning poems into songs to explore metaphor and rhythm (KS2 English: composition and vocabulary)
We can work with your teaching staff to theme the project to anything you’d like! Let us help your pupils discover their voices and celebrate their creativity.

Secondary Music Workshops (KS3, KS4, KS5)
Creative and confidence-building workshops designed to complement the secondary music curriculum. Ideal for enrichment days, booster sessions, or regular delivery support.
Recent workshops include:
- Boosting singing confidence
- Exploring genre through singing or percussion
- Songwriting and lyric writing
- Creative group composition
- Band work and ensemble collaboration
Curriculum-linked examples:
- Composing music for animation or trailers (KS3 Music: composing, listening, evaluating)
- Exploring music from different periods and creating in those styles (KS3: history of music; KS4/5: musical context analysis)
- Performance-based analysis of set works (KS4–5: GCSE/A-Level syllabus integration)
- Introduction to music technology and sequencing (KS4–5: composing using technology)
- Using lyric writing for identity and emotional expression (KS3/4 PSHE & Music cross-curricular links)
We offer both half-term packages and one-day workshops that are high-impact, inclusive, and flexible to your school’s needs.
Creative Nurture Groups
Support wellbeing and encourage self-expression through music. These sessions are perfect for pupils who may benefit from some creative, focused time in a smaller group environment. Ideal for those with additional needs or experiencing challenges with confidence, emotional regulation, or social interaction. We offer 6 sessions of creative musical activities for groups of up to 10 children designed to build confidence, and self-esteem and to have opportunities for self-expression. Previous participants have said the groups made them feel -happy, joyful, relaxed, fun and excited.

A gentle, joyful way to support children’s mental health and creativity.
In-School Music Enrichment & Clubs
Engaging music-based enrichment activities to complement your curriculum and support wider learning. We can provide experienced tutors to deliver:
- School choirs or vocal groups
- Lunchtime or after-school music clubs
- Band sessions or instrumental ensembles
Whether you’re just starting a music offer or looking to expand, we’ll help create a vibrant musical culture in your school. We also offer one-day workshops to give your students a burst of creativity and musical engagement.
Music Coordinator Support
Partner with B Sharp as your external music coordinator. We can work alongside your staff to:
- Design and support delivery of your music curriculum
- Lead music sessions and coordinate school music activities
- Run whole-school singing assemblies, enrichment days, and clubs

Special Schools
Specialist SEN/D experienced music leaders can deliver aspirational and engaging music-based learning
We can provide professional music leaders experienced at working with SEN/D to deliver:
- Group instrumental/band learning, songwriting, recording and performance projects.
- Singing and choir activities
- After-school music clubs
- Staff training and support with delivering music
We also offer one-day workshops or bespoke projects to give your students a burst of creativity and musical engagement.
