Creative Music Clubs for Young People

B Sharp provides exciting opportunities for teenage musicians to play, create, and grow in confidence through music.

Lyme Regis Hub Jams and Bridport Jams are welcoming, creative music clubs where young people come together to make music, collaborate with others, and develop their own tracks and songs in a supportive environment.

What are B Sharp Jams?

Our Jam sessions are weekly, informal music-making sessions for young people aged 11–18 (Year 7 and up), held at The Hub in Lyme Regis and Bridport Youth & Community Centre.

Sessions are open to:

• Instrumentalists

• Singers and vocalists

• Music producers and technicians

Young people work together to jam, experiment with ideas, and create original music — no exams, no pressure, just creativity and collaboration.

There are chances to perform throughout the year — totally optional, and always supported.

All abilities are welcome, from beginners to more experienced musicians.

A safe, supportive space

B Sharp Jams are led by experienced music practitioners who support young people to:

• Build musical skills and confidence

• Work as part of a group

• Express themselves creatively

• Try new instruments, styles, and ideas

It’s a relaxed and friendly space where young people can be themselves and enjoy making music with others who share their interests.

Inclusive and affordable

We believe every young person should be able to make music, regardless of their financial circumstances.
