B Sharp’s Harbour Records MusicFutures Programme supports aspiring musicians aged 16 to 25 to take the next steps towards a creative career.

Participants were supported to record and release their original music on the Harbour Records Label. They developed their musical abilities and confidence, built  industry knowledge, developed their networks and showcased their talents through monthly industry masterclasses, networking and showcase events and individual mentoring. 

The programme ran from October 2024 – July 2025.

The finale of the programme was a night of live music showcasing the raw talent and fresh sounds of these local, up-and-coming young musicians at the Bridport Arts Centre. There were powerful performances, original songs, and a whole lot of passion!

The programme is funded by Dorset Council and Youth Music.
