We work with children, young people and emerging musicians across Dorset, Devon and Somerset, using music to build confidence, creativity and connection. We need a CEO to bring vision, clarity and drive to lead programmes, build partnerships, secure funding and maximise impact.

 Creative, collaborative and passionate about young people and music
 Experienced in managing people, projects and partnerships
