We are B Sharp; the music and enterprise charity based in Lyme Regis with over ten year's experience delivering workshops, training, performances and gigs across the district, region and beyond. We seek to give children and young people the best possible start in life through music to develop their incredible and diverse creativity in ways that build confidence, skills and experience.

Lyme Regis Children's Week

For the Easter holidays, the Marine presents Lyme Regis Children’s Week – five days jostling with fun activities based on ‘The Beach’. See all 30 events here: It’s a collaborative effort with the town’s cultural and community organisations all getting involved. There are thirty events happening at the Marine, The Hub, Skate Park, Town Mill, Lyme Regis Museum, and Serendip Bookshop. From 3 – 7 April, children will enjoy a vast range of exciting activities including yoga, painting, sea shanty singing, author events, storytelling, music making, dance, and pottery. All of the events are low-cost or even free! A pop-up festival café will be open all week at the Marine with cakes, teas, coffees and lunches all reasonably priced for families to enjoy, open from 10 A.M until 4 P.M. Tuesday until Saturday.

The Pick 'n' Mix - live music night

March 30, 2018, 7:30pm - March 30, 2018, 11:30pm

Join us on Friday 30th March to kick start your bank holiday weekend with a good dance and party at the Pick 'n' Mix! A night full of entertainment at The Hub Lyme Regis, raising funds for Youth Music. The much-loved pop, disco and dance band Mr Jèan will be headlining and specialising in music from the 70s to the modern day. Mr Jèan are supported by Launchpad – B Sharp’s lively and up and coming house band made up of a talented mix of musicians from our local area, performing a selection of original tunes and favourite covers. The night will start at 7.30pm and run till late wrapped up with a DJ set from D&T. Licensed bar (18+ ID) with a great selection of drinks. Tickets - Advanced Ticket £8, Under 18/ Concession £6 or tickets can be bought on the door for £10, but it's a risk as they could all be gone by then...
